Missy worked as a nursing assistant with Alzheimer patients for 3 years. She then returned to school and became a registered medical assistant. Missy has been working for Dr. Ferro for almost 2 years. She shares in the responsibilities of pre-operative and post-operative care as well as new patient evaluations.
Every effort is made to confirm your appointments at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. If we cannot confirm you appointment ahead of time, you will be cancelled. It is your responsibility to make sure the clinic has your correct home, cell, or work phone numbers.
Please indicate which phone numbers should be used when confirming appointments or doing post-procedure follow-up calls. Your next appointment is based on the information we receive on your follow-up call. If we are unable to reach you to evaluate how the procedure worked then we will be unable to schedule your next appointment.
Occasionally due to unforeseen reasons your appointment may be changed or cancelled with short notice. We apologize in advance and ask that you understand that should this happen to you, every effort will be made to reschedule you as soon as possible.
In the event you should need to cancel your appointment, please be aware there is a fee for cancellations less than 24 hour notice or if you don’t show up.
Cancellation Policy for Dr. Ferro
It is my policy to charge a fee of $35.00 for an appointment canceled without 24-hours notice. A fee of $70.00 is charged for not showing to a scheduled appointment.
