Confirming Appointments
Every effort is made to confirm your appointments at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. If we cannot confirm you appointment ahead of time, you will be cancelled. It is your responsibility to make sure the clinic has your correct home, cell, or work phone numbers.
Please indicate which phone numbers should be used when confirming appointments or doing post-procedure follow-up calls. Your next appointment is based on the information we receive on your follow-up call. If we are unable to reach you to evaluate how the procedure worked then we will be unable to schedule your next appointment.
Occasionally due to unforeseen reasons your appointment may be changed or cancelled with short notice. We apologize in advance and ask that you understand that should this happen to you, every effort will be made to reschedule you as soon as possible.
In the event you should need to cancel your appointment, please be aware there is a fee for cancellations less than 24 hour notice or if you don’t show up.
Cancellation Policy for Dr. Ferro
It is my policy to charge a fee of $35.00 for an appointment canceled without 24-hours notice. A fee of $70.00 is charged for not showing to a scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy for Dr. Ezzo
Each appointment typically lasts 45 minutes. There are many reasons for you to recognize this time as an important priority. If you are inconsistent or attend sessions sporadically, this breaks the pattern or momentum of therapy and your progress. A $35.00 cancellation fee will apply without sufficient notice.
A cancellation or no show fee of $70.00 will be charged for scheduled testing.
If the patient can reschedule within the same week of the cancellation the cancellation fee will be waved.
