Sample Pre-surgical Screening Report
Pre-surgical screenings are completed within 48 hours and in some cases are finished the next day.
If there are significant issues found during the evaluation that could affect surgical outcomes I will contact the physician by phone for further consultation.

Dr. Ferro and Dr. Ezzo would like to meet with you to discuss the best way to collaborate and improve outcomes for our patients. We can meet typically during early mornings around 7:00 am or during lunch.
